Items to be sent out day after ordered at the latest via Royal Mail, allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

Returns

We hope all our products get to you quickly and in great condition. We pride ourselves on selling quality products. If however you wish to return your purchase, please send to Spavens, 5 King Street, Mold Flintshire, CH7 1LA.

Items can be returned within 5 working days and a full refund will be given.

Items should be returned unopened and in saleable condition. Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned goods by Spavens. Unfortunately we can’t refund the cost of postage.
